Book via: telephone +44 (0)1865 780888 or email reservations@expressoxford.com.  Please quote “Block Reference CSE.”  We have block-booked 30 rooms for 8-18 July, but there may be additoinal availability on either end – just ask the hotel.  Note: any rooms that haven’t been booked by 8 May will be released (i.e. our block booking disappears) – the rooms will still be available to book, if there are any rooms left, but you will be competing with all of the Oxford tourists!

Notes: This hotel is well outside the city centre and is a 10-minute walk from the nearest bus stop (Stagecoach buses 1 and 5, which go to the City Centre and Train Station – exit at Carfax stop and walk down Cornmarket (which becomes Woodstock Road) to get to FLoC).  However, the hotel has negotiated a special rate with Royal Cars: £12 flat fee to anywhere in the city centre.  When arriving in Oxford, you can take the Oxford Airline coach from Heathrow or Gatwick (or the X90 or Oxford Tube from London) to the Thornhill Park and Ride and then call a taxi, or book an Uber or taxi direct from the airport (about £60 by Uber or £70 by taxi).
